two presentations: 1) proposed amendment to BMC 21; 2) briefing
/demonstration on the new Engage Bellingham online public engagement
platform; and 3) a work session on the review of the City’s “family”

- October 1, 2020 the Commission will hold
two public hearings: 1) proposed amendment to the York Neighborhood Plan;
and 2) consider additional food policies for inclusion in the BMC. Public
